So girl spots boy at the gym, girl hits boy up on Facebook, boy doesn't know what to say and sticks with the gut feeling response ‘do you go to my gym?’. Yep thats all it took, but lets keep moving; girl picks boy up for first date, throws boy for a loop, boy falls in love, girl thinks boy is weird because he talked to much. Fast forward boy asks girl to move in, girl says yes!... and they get a baby boy (Avery, that is) They say I love you They Travel to Thailand They buy a house They Travel to the Netherlands The move to Texas They get engaged The buy another house They punch COVID in the face They get married .. well that they ending of this story, anyways
OOOOKKKAAY the long version - Fueled by wine (so cut us some slack on the punctuation/grammar Telks ) You know everyone has this rom-com expectation of how you meet your significant other? Well real life doesn’t pan out like that, so we are lucky facebook and some good ole beers helped break the ice. Heather and Aaron met like most meet in 2016; a simple, yet classy slide into the DM. The 1st date was a cake walk,...Heather throws a curveball and picks Aaron up (this is a continuing event). They grab beers at VGBG and Aaron; who does not have the gift of the gab, talks Heather’s ear off. Surprisingly, that didn’t scare Heather away and the next week they went on another date. Flawlessly planned of course..utter down pour at the panthers stadium for a pre-season game. Thanks to Matt and Hannah Hughston the game turned into a late night over at Mac billiards and their first kiss. Things took off from there; dinners, drinks with friends, Aaron surviving the wrath of ‘The Boys” -Micheal, Issac, Josh, Tim, Travis, Max and Trey Then Aaron like most impulsive gentlemen - knew Heather was leaving for Spain- and of course the only rational thing that came to Aaron’s mind was “you got to wife this gal up before some good looking Spain dude takes her." From there he did the most romantic “will you be my girlfriend” at 2 am in the morning after a night of drinking on the town #romance. Well of course Aaron’s charm was too much and Heather said yes. Fast forward another couple months, we really speed things up and buy a couch and get a puppy. So the deed was done. The last few years were filled with trips to Boone, Thailand, Asheville, New Orleans, Amsterdam, Tulum, and a move BIG to Texas, which turned this seemingly innocent gym crush into our happily ever after!
