Things To Do

We're so excited you're coming! We wanted to share with you some of the beautiful places that North Georgia has to offer. There are so many local wineries and hiking trails in the area, so we've just included a few.

Yonah Mountain Vineyards

1717 Highway 255 South, Cleveland, GA 30528

Yonah is a very popular Vineyard in the area. They have open wine tastings (with wine flights) and they offer private tours of the vineyard as well.

CeNita Vineyards, Winery & Tasting Room

591 Dock Dorsey Road, Cleveland, GA 30528

CeNita is a beautiful vineyard, with beautiful views and ambience. We almost chose this location as our wedding venue!

Kaya Vineyard & Winery

5400 Town Creek Road, Dahlonega, GA 30533

A little further west is Kaya Vineyards. They offer wine tastings, amazing views, and you can even purchase picnic basket lunches for you and your significant other. A very romantic lunch date in a vineyard? Yes please!

Yonah Preserve Trails

1054 Albert Reid Road, Cleveland, GA 30528

For the folks who enjoy the outdoors, Yonah Preserve has some beautiful and serene walking trails to get you out and feeling one with nature!

Buck Shoals Wildlife Management Area

501 Buck Shoals Drive, Cleveland, GA 30528

Buck Shoals also has a couple loop walking trails if you are interested in exploring nature. On our initial visit to the area, we stayed along the Chattahoochee river nearby, and we got to see so much of the beautiful GA wildlife.

Tallulah Gorge State Park

338 Jane Hurt Yarn Road, Tallulah Falls, GA 30573

Tallulah Gorge is located roughly 40 minutes from Cleveland. Although it is a further drive, the views of the gorge are absolutely stunning. This adventure is for more avid hikers and explorers. Please visit the parks website and utilize AllTrails for more information.
