Olympic National Park only allows camping in designated areas. Our campus is not a designated camping area. The closest campgrounds are Fairholme Campground (approximately six to eight miles west of campus on Hwy 101), Shadow Mountain (approximately six to eight miles east of campus on Hwy 101), and Log Cabin Resort campground (approximately eight miles from campus on East Beach Road).
There is a National Park Boat Launch near the Ranger Station. Please follow all National Park regulations for watercraft.
NatureBridge does not provide hair dryers, clothing irons, or in-room coffee makers. We recommend that people who need a fridge for medicine or baby formula let Sophie or Dru know in advance. All of our cabins have heating, electricity and outlets. Guests should plan to supply all their own shower toiletries. Coffee is available in Rosemary Inn between about 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Nature bridge linen package includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow and pillowcase, blanket, and bath towel. We recommend that guests bring extra pillows if they need more than one to sleep, and extra towels if they want a beach towel for the lake.
Free, wireless internet is provided in common spaces throughout campus (Rosemary Inn and Storm King Hall). There is no password necessary. WiFi is not available in the cabins. Please note that we cannot fully guarantee the availability of internet access due to the possibility of bad weather or unforeseen technical issues here at our remote location. If an issue arises, we will strive to fix it as quickly as possible. Devices on all major wireless carriers generally work on our campus.
We recommend swimming from Barnes Point, a 5-minute walk west from our campus.
