Will Transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided on Saturday from the hotel to the ceremony and reception and back to the hotel.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

Our wedding will be cocktail attire! We ask that men wear slacks and button ups and women wear dresses or slacks. Please no jeans or T shirts. Ladies, bring a pair flats to dance the night away at the After Party, "Love Never Looked So Cute!" We look forward to seeing all of our lovely pictures with our guests looking sharp!

DOES IPAMA (reception) and Hotel HAVE PARKING?

Answer

YES, parking is free of charge! Self-parking is available. There is also off-street parking, but please note transportation will be provided on Saturday. We want everyone to have a safe and fun evening!

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 30th. If you do not RSVP by August 30th, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide a exact guest count to vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at Noon. Doors open at 11:30 AM for a prompt Noon ceremony. The photographer will be ready to take portraits on arrival.

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED DURING SOCIAL HOUR AND THE RECEPTION?

Answer

We will be serving hors o d'oeuvres such as cheese, meats, crackers, during the social hour. Social hour will be followed by a delicious dinner and dessert.
