What saftey steps is The Club At Hilbrook Taking for COVID-19?

Answer

1. No groups over 10 guests at one table. 2. Tables will be spaced at least 6 ft apart. 3. Sanitizing stations will be available at entryways. 3. While recommended, guests will not be required to wear masks (Bryan and I will be gifting masks to our wedding guests). 4. Visibly sick guests will be asked to leave.

Answer

The Club at Hillbrook Commitment to Safety -Hillbrook staff will wear masks and gloves at all times. -Hillbrook staff to practice social distancing and remain 6 ft apart from other employees. -Hillbrook staff to perform daily symptom assessment. -Hillbrook staff will be required to stay home if symptomatic and perform daily symptom assessment requirements before returning to work. -Hillbrook staff will be required to regularly wash and or sanitize hands. -All tables and chairs will be sanitized after each group has left.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our hope is to be able to provide Valet services at The Club at Hillbrook. Due to COVID-19 we are still working out the details. There is available parking at the Club which is accessable to our guests should we not be able to provide you with Valet services.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do have. a block of rooms reserved, see travel section.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please let us know of your allergies when your respond to the wedding invitation via the RSVP card when you make your meal selection.
