Question

How are you guys managing having a wedding during the COVID19 pandemic?

Answer

To keep all guests as safe and comfortable as possible, we are asking all guests to inform us of their COVID19 vaccination status at the time of RSVP. In addition, we are asking all guests who are vaccinated to submit their vaccination cards via text or email to Andrew or Melissa as soon as available. If you do not plan to complete full COVID19 vaccination before 11/1/21 (14 days before the big day), we ask you to submit a negative COVID19 test within five days of 11/14/21. For submission of vaccination cards, negative tests, or any questions, our contact information is below. Andrew: 646-420-0883, nyandrew223@gmail.com Diana Melissa: 484-995-6826, diameka26@gmail.com

Question

Is there transportation from the hotel to the ceremony and back?

Answer

No, there will be no transportation provided from the hotel to the ceremony and back. All guests will be required to drive themselves to the ceremony.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

St. Mina's Church: Yes! There is plenty of parking at St. Mina's church, free of charge. Guests attending the ceremony will need to drive themselves as there is no shuttle service to the church from the hotel. The Palace, venue: Yes! The Palace has a large lot with plenty of parking spaces for those that are driving. For guests staying at the SpringHill Suites, there will be a complimentary shuttle to and from the venue. We will have more details regarding the shuttle as we get closer to the big day.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP no later than October 2nd. We would greatly appreciate your help in RSVPing as soon as you can confirm your plans in order for us to arrange accordingly. You may RSVP on the website or by reaching out to either of us!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would like for you and your party to arrive at the cermony between 1:30pm and 1:45pm. This 15-20 minute buffer will ensure that you and your party have plenty of time to find a seat and get comfortable! By doing this, you will also help our day run smoothly since the ceremony is planned to start promptly at 2:00pm.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will specify who we are presently requesting to join us in celebration. If your invitation requests the presence of you "and Guest", then you may bring a date! As much as we would love to have a huge celebration with all of our loved ones, we are restricted by venue capacity and will not be able to accommodate an additional guest if your invitation does not request his/her presence.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking you to appear in cocktail to formal attire.
