Is the Venue far from Downtown Richmond? Where is the Airport?
Answer
Ashland, Virginia is a 25 minute drive North on Rt. 95 from Downtown Richmond. Richmond International Airport is just EAST of the city center, about a 20 minute drive. Then about 25-30 minutes to Ashland from the airport

Are Children or Your idea of 'Plus One' Invited?
Answer
Due to space limitations if the invite is not addressed to "Family" or specific names are not listed on invite, then we cannot accommodate additional guests. We chose specifically which guests we want to partake in our special day and we ask for understanding regarding this decision.

The invite says family or it names your child / guest , but you don't want to bring them?

That is totally fine with us! Just RSVP - NO - they are not coming!

I'm Getting in late on Friday and might miss the welcome party?

We completely understand that not everyone will be able to join us at the Welcome Party. Don't worry there is more fun to be had on Saturday! There are many options for food near the hotel as well if you are hungry.
