"Every love story is beautiful, but our's is my favorite."

So, I guess it's important to know all the juicy details on how Drew and I met, and how two TOTALLY opposite people managed to fall madly in love with each other. So here it goes... Drew and I met for the VERY first time in 2013, at the mall in Pueblo, Colorado. Drew was there with a friend whom I had met at the racetrack; Justin. Justin invited my best friend, Candace, and I to the mall to hang out. Little did Candee and I know, we were actually going there to play a game of cat and mouse where Drew and the rest of his buddies did not want to even look at us let alone talk to us. Fast forward a year or so, I ran into Drew at the racetrack, where again he wouldn't talk to me WHATSOEVER. (If you know us, you know how shy Drew is and how often I harp on him for it.) I thought Drew was absolutely dreamy and surely out of my league, he apparently thought the same. Once again, our encounter led us nowhere. At the Colorado State Fair they hold a demolition derby yearly. Little did I know, this would FINALLY be the encounter I'd grab Drew's attention and get him to talk to me. The derby went on and afterward, it's typically tradition for everyone in the friend group to go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Drew "wasn't hungry" so they planned on leaving to a get together back home in Fowler. He invited us, but my stupid self wanted to play hard to get and I told him absolutely not. Well, the night got boring, and I ended up in Fowler with A LOT of convincing from my friends. I walked through the door and first thing Drew says is "You're not welcome here" (joking of course). Throughout the next several weeks I begged Drew for his attention. I heard every excuse in the book as to why he couldn't hang out, mostly because he was rebuilding his '76 Ford 150. Little did I know, the rest of my life would be filled with grease and diesel fuel and not surprisingly I'm 100% okay with that if it means I get to build memories with my best friend for the rest of my life.
