Even though Sean and I are 11 years apart, we're so similar in personality and face that people often mistake us for twins. Sean has a been big part of my life and I couldn't be more excited to have him stand by me on my wedding day.
Rachel Sager
Matron of Honor
Rachel is my oldest sister and so she has been stuck with me my entire life. I was adopted by my Biological father's parents when I was 6 months old, so biologically she is my aunt but she was only 18 when I was born so she has always been my sister. We have a very special relationship that is like a sister+aunt+mom+best friend+life partner all combined with only the good parts left in. She and I are so scarily similar and yet we balance each other out. I have always said that I wanted to be just like her when I was older. She is my Matron of Honor because she has been the person I go to for advice, help, and so much more for my entire life. I couldn't imagine planning my wedding without her by my side.
Tyler Nelson
Best Man
Tyler and I met a few weeks before freshman year started, and have been friends ever since. With the exception of sophomore year, Tyler and I were roommates throughout our entire college career. I was lucky enough to stand by him on his wedding, and now he's agreed to do the same for me.
Hattie Standridge
Maid of Honor
Hattie was my freshman RA at Eureka College and when I first got a friend request from her I thought I was going to hate her. She looked really stuck up and like someone who may have been mean to me in high school. This could not be further from the truth, as her role may imply. We became fast friends then sorority sisters and through it all she has become my other half. I would not be who I was today without her influence. I picked Hattie to be my Maid of Honor because of all of this and because she has been through my entire relationship with Drew. She was the person I complained to for a year about how much I liked him and how much he put me in the friend zone. And she is the person that still listens to me complain and helps me come off the ledge when I want to jump down his throat.
Adam Carter

Over the years Adam and I have had some good times. From when I moved out before freshman year of college, to last year spending a few days in a hospital together, every time we get together something exciting happens. Usually no one one gets hurt, but we ended up being fine and having something to remember that time we *almost* made it to Niagra Falls...
Bethany Keenan
Bridesman
Bethany Keenan and I have known each other basically our entire lives! I met Bethany because we grew up in the same church. She was actually friends with my older sister first because they are the same age and got involved in similar activities growing up. In middle school I started hanging out with them and Bethany and I got super close. We are so alike and have done many things together in church from leading singing at Vacation Bible School to being members of Youth Council together and counseling camp. Bethany is one of my Bridesmaids because she is my soul sister. She completes my brain when I need it and I hers. She was the first Tucson friend that met Drew and has supported me through all my ups and downs even from a distance.
Timothy Carter
Groomsman
Tim is one of the goofiest people I know. If he's not looking for a motorcycle hes probably making stupid faces trying to make someone laugh. We spent many years helping our dad work on cars, which is where our respective love of cars come from. I remember so often Tim cleaning or spray painting his car. If you couldn't find Tim he was most likely outside doing something to his car. Tim is more introverted than most of us, so I am especially appreciative of him being one of my groomsmen.
Claire Cooley

I met Claire through my Youth Minister, Laurie, because she was a sponsor for a national group that Claire was a part of in High School. Claire told Laurie about a scholarship she received from Eureka and Laurie eventually told me about it which got me to Eureka. If it weren't for Claire I may have never gone to Eureka and would definitely not have met Drew. I was lucky that I had an ally from the southwest at Eureka and she quickly became one of my best friends and sisters. We clicked pretty quickly having many things in common. I have always admired how strong, intelligent, and motivated she is. Claire is my Bridesmaid because she has taught me so much, she is someone that I regularly go to for advice, and because she has also been around for the entirety of mine and Drew's story.
Cole Carter
Groomsman
Cole is the youngest member of my family, so he gets picked on a lot, but he is genuinely one of the smartest kids I know. He has an insane knack for anything music. As far back as I can remember he'd spend time in front of a piano trying (and succeeding) to play tunes and jingles he'd heard on the TV and radio. I'm so proud to call him my brother and excited that he'll be standing at my side for this time in my life.
Kellea Nelson

Kellea and I became friends through Drew. They met because Kellea's husband was roommates with Drew when Kellea and Tyler started dating. Those three were very close and so when Drew and I started dating I was kind of forced to become friends with them, which I am very thankful for now. Kellea is seriously one of the craziest people I know, in the best way possible. She is very smart, caring, fun, and passionate. We started spending a lot of time together after she became my sorority sister and my life was definitely brightened when she entered it. Kellea is my Bridesmaid because she has been an important part in mine and Drew's relationship. He and I were also both involved in her wedding and we are truly a testament to how amazing friendships can start through your Significant other.
Daniel Cummings

I've known Daniel for several years now. We went to the same private school for a short while, and we've more recently become better friends, mostly because of our mutual appreciation for movies. I've spent many a night hanging out with him at the Drive-In movie theatre by our homes. Here is to a great friend that I'm excited to have celebrate with me!
Kenadee Stork

I have known Kenadee the shortest amount of time out of all my bridesmaids, but our friendship grew strong very fast. I met her through Kellea and from the moment I met her I knew that I needed her in my life. I was lucky that she decided to join Delta Zeta and so we got to spend a lot of time together and can call each other sister's which is incredible. Kenadee is one of the most fun and most loyal people I have ever met. When I was the DZ president she was the one person on my Executive Board that I could count on for any thing at any time. She is also the life of the party! She can make any situation into a good time and I admire her for that. Kenadee is my Bridesmaid because I know that I can depend on her and I know that she will go with the flow and make things super fun!
Andrew Sager

Andrew is Stephanie's (soon to be mine as well) nephew. So naturally I know him because of Stephanie. We've gotten closer over the past few years because we both like to play video games, so even though we haven't been able to physically hang out, we were able to spend many a late night both screaming about cheaters in various games. I've also been able to see him compete nationally in a bowling tournament twice. I'm excited to see how his bowling career develops and to spend more time hating Fortnite together. I'm thankful for him to be standing with me.
Bethany Carter

Bethany Carter and my friendship started because Drew made me watch Dr. Who before we were dating and I decided I needed to be friends with his sister to see her posts about it, or something like that. Bethany is Drew's younger sister.. They have always been close and so when Drew and I started dating it made sense that her and I would become close. I was definitely lucky though because I didn't just get to know Bethany as my boyfriend's sister, but I have come to know her as a friend. Bethany is my Bridesmaid because I am so beyond thrilled that I get to call her my sister in a few short months. I want her to be a part of this journey with me because she is very important to Drew and very important to me.
Charlie Carter

Charlie is my youngest nephew. If he isn't hanging out with his siblings than he is probably running around asking "Where's Rachel!?" in his batman mask and PJs. I was the ring bearer for his dad's wedding and I am so excited to have him in that role for mine.

JoDee is my favorite (and only) niece. Since she moved back to Tucson with her mom and two brothers, we have had lots of fun together. From baking pies at Thanksgiving to secret handshakes, we are two peas in a pod. I am so happy she will be helping us celebrate our special day, even if it is only because she gets to wear a princess dress and tiara:).
