Since the Music Mound is a very important location to us, the ceremony will still go on in the event of colder temperatures or light rain. If severe weather were to occur, the ceremony will be moved to our reception venue. We understand if you prefer to only attend our reception if you are not comfortable with possible weather conditions. Please check our wedding website day-of for any updates or schedule changes.
Guests will have to provide their own transportation to/from the Music Mound. We are pleased to offer transportation to and from the reception for all guests staying in our hotel block. A shuttle will be available between the hours of 4:00-5:15 and 9:00-10:45pm.
We request formal or semi-formal attire for our event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
We are asking that our guests RSVP by September 19th so that we can get a final guest count and ensure that we have plenty of food and refreshments for our guests. Unfortunately, without an RSVP or communication with Drew and Natalie, we won't be able to guarantee your seat at the reception. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
We will have two talented photographers documenting our wedding. That being said, we will be having an unplugged ceremony and request that you do not bring your phone out for photos at any time during the wedding ceremony. There will be plenty of photo opportunities at our reception and we will be happy to share any ceremony photos with you at first convenience.
Our wedding colors are sage green with accents being gold and various shades of green.
