Flight
Laguardia is the closest airport and after some recent renovations is a great airport to fly in/out of but is smaller than JFK or EWR and may have fewer options. Taking a Taxi/Uber from LGA is relatively easy and travel time to The Wythe should generally be <30 min. Public transportation from LGA requires a few transfers but should typically not take more than an hour.
Flight
John F. Kennedy International Airport is slightly further from Williamsburg than LGA but significantly closer than Newark (EWR). Taking a car from JFK is relatively easy and travel time to The Wythe should generally be <60 min. Public transportation from JFK requires a few transfers and will take over an hour.
Flight
Newark Liberty International Airport is significantly further from Brooklyn but can be a good option if it offers cheaper or more direct flights. If taking a car, expect the trip to be around 90 minutes, but be sure to budget time for traffic if traveling during rush hour. Public transportation from Newark requires a few transfers and will take over an hour.
Train
Both Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station are approximately a 30 minute Taxi/Uber or 30-40 minute subway ride to the Wythe Hotel

Travel Note
While there is not parking at the venue and street parking can be difficult there are a lot of great parking options in the area. There are quite a few parking garages along the waterfront in Williamsburg, specifically along Kent between 3rd and 6th street which will be a 10 minute walk to the Wythe Hotel.
