What time should I get there?

Answer

Guests can start arriving at the Heartsong Lodge Ranch House at 3pm. Seating will begin at 3:45pm and the ceremony will start at 4pm.

Where do I go?

Answer

All guests will meet at the Heartsong Lodge Ranch House before the wedding starts. Non-overnight guests are only allowed at the Heartsong Lodge Ranch House, the Ceremony Platform, and the Reception Pavilion.

What should I wear?

Answer

The theme is Fall!🍁 Feel free to dress in whatever color you like though! It will mostly be outdoors and will probably be hot. There are steep hills and stairs to get down to the ceremony platform, so keep this in mind when picking out shoes.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of the venue, you can only bring a plus one if explicitly said so in your wedding invite.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, Cypress Valley does not allow pets.

What will the catering be?

Answer

We are catering from Chick-fil-a and getting bundtinis from Nothing Bundt Cakes.

Is there Wi-fi?

Answer

There is only wi-fi inside the Heartsong Lodge Ranch House. There is no wi-fi at the event space or treehouses.

Is there a seating chart?

Answer

Nope! Besides the first row of seats at the ceremony that’s reserved for immediate family, guests can choose to sit wherever they’d like at both the ceremony and reception.

Is there smoking?

Answer

Cypress Valley is a non-smoking facility and does not allow flames of any kind.
