3.21.2017 - What started out as a casual Tuesday, improved out of the blue when a Bumble match actually messaged Drew. Melissa's bio mostly revolved around Star Wars and guacamole, and Drew was intrigued to say the least. 3.28.2017 - After delaying the first date because of a "crazy work schedule," Melissa finally agrees to meet up in person with Drew. "Damn she's even prettier in person!" thinks Drew as he sees her walking up outside of Hop Doddy, a Fashion Island burger restaurant where they were scheduled to meet. After 3 hours of conversation, the pair moved to Cheesecake factory. They both order a slice, and Drew would later find out this was a facade, Melissa doesn't even like cheesecake, but liked him enough to fake it. 4.18.2017 - It has been four days since Melissa and Drew have seen each other, due to a surprise visit by Drew to his family in Seattle. Four days is entirely too long, and Drew realizes he needs to make this thing official, because he doesn't want to spend any time apart from Melissa. Drew officially asks Melissa to be his girlfriend, she says yes! 5.4.2017 - After almost 3 months of knowing each other, Melissa and Drew head to a park in Dana Point overlooking the harbor. The day is perfect, and Drew tells Melissa he loves her. She thanks him...not exactly the response Drew was looking for. Seconds later however, she says, "I love you," back. And there was much celebration. During the rest of 2017, through 2018, and into 2019, Drew and Melissa's love grows. From family trips to Seattle, Sunriver, Palm Springs, and date trips to Portland, San Diego, Austin, and Santa Barbara, Drew and Melissa fully realize they were 100% meant for each other. 10.26.2019 - Drew and Melissa return to the park in Dana Point where they first said I love you. Shaking and most likely sweating, Drew gets down on a knee and asks Melissa to spend the rest of their lives together. Melissa says YES!!! 9.26.2020 - The Big Day!! 10.2.2021 - The 2nd Big Day!!
