Avalon and Cape May are two of our favorite shore towns. While there is plenty to enjoy in Avalon and Stone Harbor, we'd highly recommend taking the short drive to Cape May to explore its Victorian charm, cozy shops, and festive fall atmosphere. Because Avalon is a seasonal town, some businesses may have reduced hours or be closed in October. Cape May, on the other hand, is bustling year-round and is especially magical this time of year with seasonal charm throughout the town.
