When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by October 8, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:30pm. Please arrive by 5:15pm to ensure time to find parking and your seat.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please inform Kaycee or Drew of any allergies so we can be sure we have food to accommodate you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of your little ones, we are hoping you will be able to get away for a night of adult fun (open bar!) and come get wild with us... with the exception of our own two little flower girls.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nah ... dress like you're going to a wedding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the DoubleTree in Bristol, CT. Please see the "travel" tab for information on booking a room.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking, though it can be a little tricky to find. Spaces out front are limited, but the lot next door can be used. Please see the "travel" tab for more information about parking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotel and venue. The DoubleTree is located 8 minutes from the venue.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Nothing formal! However, we will be moving the party to the DoubleTree Hotel bar in the lobby after the reception. All are welcome to join. :)
