Question

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM A SUMMER CAMP WEDDING?

Answer

We have Camp Mataponi completely to ourselves for the weekend! To do: there are canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, softball and soccer fields, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball courts, fire pits, lakeside beach, and much more! Feel free to bring any games that you'd like to play (yard games, card games, board games, etc.) To eat: we'll be supplying all meals throughout the weekend! It will be a mix of high-end fare (reception dinner), casual cookouts and buffets. There will be a variety of options for everyone! To sleep: see the "accommodation" tab

Question

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Answer

EVERYTHING is taking place at Camp Mataponi (838 Sebago Rd. Naples, ME 04055). Whether you're staying on-site in the cabins or staying elsewhere, everything will be located around the reception hall in the center of camp.

Question

WHERE DO WE STAY AT CAMP MATAPONI?

Answer

We recommend staying onsite in cabins with us! See the Book Your Stay tab for more details.

Question

DO WE HAVE TO STAY OVERNIGHT?

Answer

Although you don't need to be there for both nights, we hope you'll want to join in on the fun on the lake! However, there are also hotels and airbnbs in the area. If you're only able to make the wedding, it will take place on Monday, September 9, 2024!

Question

CAN I BRING DRINKS, ALCOHOL, AND SNACKS?

Answer

Absolutely! Feel free to bring anything you like. Coolers and ice are encouraged, too. While alcohol will be provided at the welcome party and reception, if you'd like to BYOB, Camp Mataponi allows you to!

Question

HOW SHOULD WE DRESS FOR THE WEEKEND?

Answer

Attire for the welcome dinner is dressy casual – think linen and khaki pants with polos or short sleeved button-downs, maxi & sun dresses, jumpsuits, etc. Note: We will be hanging by the campfire and enjoying s'mores and late-night pizza both evenings after dinner, so please plan to wear comfy, warm clothes to lounge by the fire – hoodies, sweaters, sweatpants, etc! For the ceremony and reception, we recommend semi-formal/ comfortable cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outdoors and reception indoors, so plan footwear accordingly. For fun around the camp and on the lake, bring bathing suits and casual, exercise-friendly clothing!

Question

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?

Answer

We're asking that you kindly RSVP by June 15th! If you need more time to sort out your plans, please reach out directly to Katie and Drew ahead of that date.

Question

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT CAMP MATAPONI?

Answer

Yes! Camp Mataponi has enough space for all of our guests to park a car. You won't be needing your vehicle once you get to the camp, unless you want to run to a nearby grocery store for any items, so you'll have a convenient place to store your vehicle while enjoying the few days of fun!

Question

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE QUESTIONS?

Answer

Feel free to email us at Katie.Drew.Bradley@gmail.com!

Question

IS THERE PICKLEBALL?

Answer

Yes Mr. and Mrs. B....there are pickleball courts!

For all the days along the way
