When are RSVPs due?

Please RSVP by November 15th.

Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at Avalon Legacy Ranch.

What time should we be there?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 3:30pm in order for the ceremony to start promptly at 4:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting. A jacket is recommeneded as December can be chilly in Texas.

Will parking be available?

Answer

There is free onsite parking available with parking attendants. There will also be golf cart service for elderly or disabled guests.

Will transportation be provided to and from the ceremony/reception?

Answer

No, transit will be the responsiblilty of individual guests.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Yes, there will appetizers served prior to the ceremony and a light dinner with drinks.

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Yes, bring your dancing shoes!
