Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We ask that you please arrive by 3:30pm as a shuttle will need to transport you from the main parking lot to the ceremony location. If you arrive after 4pm, you will not be allowed up to the ceremony location! Please take into account the possibility of traffic in your travel time to the venue and leave early!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! If you are staying in one of the hotels where have room blocks, we will be providing transportation! We want to make sure you can enjoy your evening with us (and the open bar)! If you are staying at the Residence Inn, the shuttle with be arriving at 2:25pm and departing at 2:35pm. If you are staying at the Denver Marriott South, the shuttle will be arriving at 2:45pm and departing at 2:55pm. For the returning shuttle at the end of the night, the first shuttle will be departing at 9:00pm. The second shuttle will be departing at 10:40pm immediately following the end of the reception! Parking is available at the venue if you would prefer to drive yourself. Please keep in mind that cars cannot be left at the venue overnight, so plan accordingly. Lyfts and Ubers are challenging to get as the venue is in a less populated area.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, this event is semi-formal. Cocktail style dresses, dressy skirt and top, or elegant pantsuit for women. Suit and tie for men. We encourage fun, floral and colorful outfits to match the theme of our wedding!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We ask that only those formally invited on your wedding invitation and RSVP portal attend the festivities. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception adults only with the exception of our nieces and nephews. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night/trip!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We ask that you RSVP by April 27th. If we have not received your response by then, we will assume that you are unable to attend!
