When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by midnight on April 15th. We would greatly appreciate receiving your response as soon as possible to help us ensure everything is perfectly planned for the celebration.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

On this website, click the tab labeled "RSVP". Type your first and last name as it is written on your paper invite, and carefully answer the questions that pop up. Make sure to click "Submit all" at the end!

Can I bring a plus one? Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unless otherwise specified on your wedding invitation, we are unable to accommodate any additional guests for this event.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be a champagne toast to celebrate the occasion and a cash bar available to guests at the reception. There will be non-alcoholic alternatives available at no cost to guests. Please specify if you will not be drinking alcohol when you RSVP.

Can I leave my car overnight at the venue?

Answer

No, cars cannot stay at The Oaks overnight. If you plan on consuming alcohol, please plan accordingly.

What is on the menu?

Answer

The main course will be steak, with a variety of light bites. We will have cake for dessert!

I have a food allergy or dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please specify your allergies/dietary restrictions when you RSVP. If you have additional questions or concerns, feel free to directly reach out to the bride or groom.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at The Oaks at Plum Creek, as specified in the Event Details section. It will promptly start at 5:00pm! To ensure a smooth experience and allow ample time for parking and seating, we ask that you arrive 15 - 30 minutes before the ceremony. Please note that late arrivals will not be accommodated, as we want to avoid any disruption to the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite you to celebrate with us in formal attire (think suits, long dresses, and jumpsuit)! We kindly ask that you avoid wearing white or dusty blue, as these colors are reserved for the bridal party.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be indoors! Summertime in Colorado can be very hot, but there will be air conditioning indoors.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Our wedding is located in Castlerock, which is conveniently located in between Colorado Springs and Denver. You may fly into either COS or DEN - both are great options.

What should I do about transportation and lodging?

Answer

Out of town guests will need to arrange their own transportation and lodging accommodations. You can opt to stay in Castlerock (location of wedding), Denver (~30 min drive), or Colorado Springs (~30 min drive). If traveling from out of state, we recommend renting your own vehicle.

Where should I bring or send my wedding gift?

Answer

We are so excited to start our lives together and blessed to have so many supportive family and friends! If you wish to give a gift, please check out our registry (tabbed on this website). There will also be a card box at the venue. Since we will be immediately relocating to a new state, we kindly ask that you refrain from giving us physical items.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

Our wedding day events will end at 10:30 PM. We will not be hosting an after-party.
