Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

No dress code, but we recommend semi formal attire.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both are taking place at Zen Greenville. Their address is 924 S Main St, Greenville, SC 29601

Will the ceremony and reception take place inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, the reception will be inside.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding party will remain outside to take pictures; guests can head inside where beverages will be available. Food will be served shortly after.

Does the wedding have a theme?

Answer

Our wedding is not themed.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so that we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that guests arrive 30 minutes to an hour before the ceremony to ensure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

We will have a few parking areas available, and all of them will be provided at no cost to our guests.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, but we ask that you notify us of any additional guests besides those listed on your invitation so we can plan accordingly.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

We do not have any reserved hotel rooms for our guests, but you can find our recommendations for places to stay under the ‘travel’ tab on this website.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We ask that everyone try to RSVP by May 23rd. The only way to RSVP is by mail.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

We will have Chick-Fil-A minis and cake, as well as bottled water and canned sodas.

Will there be any special diet options?

Answer

We ask that you let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions so that we can provide alternate food options for you.

Our registry is set up through Zola, and accessible under the ‘registry’ tab on this site.

May I take a centerpiece home as a souvenir?

Answer

Unfortunately no; our centerpiece equipment is rented. You are welcome to take some flowers, though!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag, #asyouwilliams2021 so we can keep track of all your pictures!
