When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP to our website no later than July 12, 2025! Earlier is always appreciated.

Are kids invited?
Answer
Due to limited space and availability of our venue, as much as we love your little ones, unless they are in the wedding party or in our immediate family, we do ask that the reception remains an adult-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What should I wear?
Answer
We would love if our family and friends could join us in dressing up for the occasion! We kindly request a semi-formal dress code for our wedding. Women are invited to wear semi-formal/cocktail dresses or jumpsuits. For men, a nice button down and jeans is preferred.

Will I be able to take pictures at your wedding?
Answer
We have decided to have an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly request that phones and cameras be put away at this time as we have hired a photographer to capture this precious moment. Once the ceremony has concluded, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you would like!

Indoors or Outdoors?
Answer
Our intention is to have the ceremony and reception both inside the venue with the barn doors open. We recognize that West Virginia is unpredictable at all times, but we've planned for that! If the weather does not cooperate, the doors will be closed, however if you need to take a step out for any reason, the venue has a spacious awning you can step out to. We hope everyone has a wonderful time, rain or shine!

Our venue has a large parking lot with plenty of parking free of charge.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will promptly begin at 2:30 pm. Please arrive any time after 1:30 up until 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find parking, socialize, and take your seat before the ceremony begins. If you are not seated by 2:30 when the ceremony begins, please kindly watch from the back.

Will there be a bar?

Why, of course! There will be a cash bar at the reception, so please be aware and come prepared.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Answer
Your presence is present enough! But should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience. Also, please take a look at our registries with Amazon, Walmart, and Williams Sonoma/Pottery Barn.
