There are a limited number of cabins at Dolphins Resort. Due to the varying sizes of the cabins and number of beds available in each, we are personally assigning guests into these beds. We will let you know with the invitation if we are requesting that you to book through us for Dolphins Resort or encourage you to explore other options (see below).

We recommend this resort for those guests who are not staying on site. It is only a 10 minute walk from the venue, and has a nice variety of rooms (including views/prices/pet friendly).
Travel Note
Flying to the Island
For those who need to fly down to the island, there are a couple options. Some airlines fly to Campbell River but it is a smaller airport with less options. Comox Valley Airport is the next closest airport (about 45 mins from Campbell River), but again might be more restricted with options. If you fly into one of the bigger airports (Victoria or Nanaimo), please let us know and we will arrange to have someone to pick you up/drop you off. Victoria to Campbell River is a 3hrs drive. Nanaimo to Campbell River is a 1.5hrs drive.
