What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before the procession begins.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is formal. We invite you to dress in elegant, elevated attire—suits, tuxedos, evening gowns, or cocktail dresses are all perfect choices. While we encourage you to dress to impress, we also want you to feel comfortable and confident throughout the evening. Please note the ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, so we recommend planning footwear accordingly. We can’t wait to celebrate in style with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! To keep things intimate, we’re only able to accommodate plus ones for guests who were invited with one. If your invitation includes a plus one, please make sure to include their name when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your kiddos, we are planning a celebration tailored towards adults. Children who are part of the wedding party or explicitly invited are, of course, included! We hope you understand and can join us for a night off and a chance to celebrate together!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’ve arranged a bus service to make things easy and safe for everyone. There will be multiple trips before and after the ceremony, with pickups and drop-offs at several hotels in Danville. We want everyone to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the night without worrying about transportation!
