Drew and Brooke went on their first date on January 9, 2014 after Drew won Brooke over with pictures of golden retriever puppies. Over the last six years, they have traveled, eaten many amazing meals, attended fantastic concerts, spent time with family, got a dog (a golden retriever, obviously), and fell deeply in love. On October 17, 2019, Drew took Brooke to Canoe and got down on one knee. Brooke doesn’t actually remember saying yes, but Drew insists that she did. They then jetted off to France with Brooke’s parents and her sister and brother-in-law to celebrate 40 years of marriage, 5 years of marriage, and the engagement. After returning from France, the wedding was set for 9/5/2020, but has been moved to 2/28/2020 due to Brooke’s father’s health.
