Drew and I met in 5th grade at Manzanita Elementary. We remained friends while growing up. Then, we started dating senior year of high school.
We will move to Kentucky after getting married in June. Drew has his private pilot's license and is working toward his commercial license. After Drew finishes flight school we are open to moving anywhere in the U.S. The plan is to move where a job for Drew and a graduate program in occupational therapy for myself align.
Drew proposed on November 18, 2022. He surprised me by picking me up from the airport on Thanksgiving break. Keeping it simple and sweet, we drove to Grants Pass where he had everything set up. He and some friends strung up lights and close pinned photos of us throughout our relationship to the lights. Drew proposed right there.
