Taughannock Falls State Park
Take a quick hike to Ithaca’s iconic, Taughannock falls! We recommend The Gorge Trail. It’s a quick 1.8 miles and perfect for families. The trail is well kept - no boots required!
Ithaca Bakery
Great spot for bagels, sandwiches and coffee. Adrienne worked here during college, and won Drew’s heart by bringing home leftover cakes and goodies. Just kidding — kind of.
Ithaca Farmers Market
We like this Farmers Market so much that we decided to get married here. If that’s not the best endorsement, I don’t know what is. The market is open 9am-3pm on Saturday and 10am-3pm on Sunday.
Ithaca Commons
Ithaca’s pedestrian-friendly commons is the heart of the town. The Dewitt Mall
Just a short walk from the commons, Dewitt Mall gets its own shoutout for being home to both Moosewood (vegetarian restaurant), and Cayuga Creamery’s tasting room (craft ice cream).

Buttermilk Falls State Park
The lower viewing area of Buttermilk falls is fully accessible and does not disappoint! If you’re up for some stairs, consider hiking up the gorge trail!
