We met at work in 2015. Drew was a broker at Marcus & Millichap, and Laura was an assistant on a different team. Drew remembers vividly the first time he saw Laura in the office and wondered "who is that!"

A few months after being friends at work, Drew asked Laura on their first date to the Cannery Restaurant on the Newport Peninsula. Now we both agree, that by the third date (5 days later), we were in love.

On October 7, 2017, Drew got down on one knee and asked Laura to marry him. Laura says directly prior to him getting on one knee, he spoke the sweetest, most kind things, and right when he started talking about "forever" it hit her what he was about to do! Safe to say she said "yes!!!!!!"
