Tom and Drew met shortly after Drew moved to Spokane to begin his career in TV news. What started as a chance meeting on a company trip to Silverwood, for a company Drew didn’t even work for (thanks for the invite, Ty!), quickly turned into a lifelong friendship. From those early days on, Tom has been a constant in Drew’s life through years as roommates, big moves, and every chapter in between. Drew couldn’t imagine celebrating this day without him by his side.

“And they were roommates…” Ty and Drew met freshman year at Gonzaga and spent much of their young adult lives living together. Their years as roommates were filled with nights out, trips to Leavenworth and Seattle, and watching countless Gonzaga basketball games. Around 2017, Ty decided it was time for the next chapter, with his wife Adrianne, meaning Drew had to go! Fun fact: Drew later had the honor of officiating Ty and Adrianne's wedding. While it marked the end of the roommate era, it was certainly not the end of their friendship, and Drew is incredibly grateful to have Ty standing by his side on this special day.
Macoy Mclaughlin

Macoy may hold the title of Drew’s first boyfriend, but his most important role has always been as one of Drew’s closest friends. Their friendship has only grown stronger with time. Whether it’s a FaceTime call to dissect the latest music release or traveling to meet up at concerts, the two have always bonded over their love of music and their favorite pop divas. Just don’t ask them about Lady Gaga—that conversation may never end!
Allie Terpner

Allie and Drew met on a fateful trip to Corvallis when Drew forgot his toothbrush. Allie came to the rescue, and apparently that’s all it took to launch a lifelong friendship. Certified yappers, the two are capable of talking about absolutely anything, and somehow also nothing at all, for hours on end. From weekend sleepovers and Record Store Day campouts to near-daily FaceTime calls, Drew and Allie can usually be found happily annoying everyone around them.
Marissa Reeves

Looking at them, you'd never know, but Marissa is Drew's sister. She’s known him his entire life (lucky her!), and the two have always shared a close bond, loving and supporting each other through every stage, even during Drew’s occasional butthead eras. Through it all, Marissa has been a constant source of love, laughter, and support. She also gave Drew one of his favorite titles to date: uncle—a role he cherishes just as much as having her by his side on this special day.
Drew Johnson
Best Man
Drew is Jared’s older brother by three years. Drew always led by example, both of what to do and what not to do. As a brother, Drew has been there every step of the way. They are still close, living just three streets away from each other in the same neighborhood. Drew is one of the four Fifth Drive kids. They are still competitive to this day, but typically on the same team now. Jared could not imagine anyone else as his Best Man!
Bryce Saling

A friendship that was always meant to be. Bryce was the older neighbor boy next door. Bryce was another individual that Jared looked up to as an older brother. They grew up having sleepovers, playing video games and doing endless activities in their connected backyard. One of the four Fifth Drive kids. One of Jared's favorite memories with Bryce is being in his wedding two summers ago.
Derek Saling

Best friend since birth! Derek was born just six months after Jared, making him the fourth and final member of the Fifth Drive kids. Jared feels extremely lucky to have had a neighbor next door who is the same age, has similar interests and has parents that also coached and taught at the same school. Derek and Jared did everything together, from YMCA teams, carpooling/walking to and from elementary and middle school, playing on several high school sports teams and even college roommates.
Lexi Gans

Jared's first girlfriend! Lexi and Jared met in sixth grade at Gordon Russell Middle School and dated at the beginning of seventh grade. The two have remained close through all of life: high school events, Oregon State University, Lexi's bachelorette party, wedding and baby shower. Lexi was also the first friend Jared came out to. Also, Lexi's hubby, Alec, is the officiant for Jared and Drew's wedding!
Corynn Kopra-Smith

Jared and Corynn met in high school and bonded over the sport of volleyball. Jared, Corynn and Bri became a very close group of three and have remained close over the last 15 plus years of friendship. There is never a dull moment when the three are together. Jared and Corynn got extra close during their college years living at home and working out at Crunch fitness everyday.
Bri Brewe

Jared and Bri met in high school and bonded through the sport of volleyball. Jared, Bri and Corynn became a very close group of three and have remained close over the last 15 plus years of friendship. There is never a dull moment when the three are together. Side note, Drew and Jared signed Bri and her husband, Mitch, marriage certificate and they will be doing the same for Drew and Jared on their wedding day.
Presley Summerfield

Jared and Presley became friends in fourth grade at Powell Valley elementary school. Jared and Presley have remained close friends over the last 20 plus years. They attended middle, high school, Mt. Hood Community College and Oregon State University together and have travelled to New York. Fun note, Jared has actually known Presley’s husband, Campbell, longer than he has known her.
Alec Gans

When Drew and Jared thought about who would be marrying them, it wasn't hard to come to the decision that Alec should be the one to do it. He's been there with the couple from the very beginning. Whether its trips to Hood River & San Diego, football tailgates in Corvallis or just a dinner to celebrate friendship, Alec is always there and usually with a joke or two... or three. And Drew and Jared got to be in Las Vegas as Alec and Groomswoman Lexi dedicated their lives to each other at their own wedding, setting a wonderful example of what a loving marriage looks like. The couple couldn't think of a better person to set the tone as they commit to forever together.
