What should I wear? What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail is requested. Men: Please wear a button-down shirt. Coat/tie is NOT necessary Ladies: Cocktail dresses are encouraged. Please avoid wearing navy, as this will be the color of the bridesmaids’ dresses.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. The gate providing access to the property will close promptly at 4:50PM and will remain closed until after the ceremony to prevent any disruptions. If you’re staying in downtown Nashville, be sure to factor in traffic and plan your travel time accordingly.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration (Ages 14+).

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

We are so grateful for your generosity! Please keep in mind that we will be flying after the wedding, so we kindly ask that larger gifts be kept to a minimum. If you choose to purchase a larger item from our registry, we would greatly appreciate having it shipped directly to our home address through the registry whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Transportation will not be provided. We recommend ride-share services if needed.

If you’re flying, we recommend Nashville International Airport (BNA).

Yes! Dinner and drinks will be provided.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly request that guests do not take any photos/video during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No, outside alcohol is not permitted at our venue. The venue’s policies require that all alcoholic beverages be provided through their licensed service. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you at the bar provided during the reception!
