When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know whether or not you are coming by June 1st.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive at the venue around 4:00 PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM.

Please only bring a date if you are given a plus one when you RSVP online.

There is a place to inform us about dietary restrictions when you RSVP online.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is ample parking at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We are working on scheduling a bus from the venue back to Pearl Street for the after party. More information to come.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please visit the travel tab for specific recommendation. The venue is about 20 minutes from Downtown Boulder, and about 30 minutes from Louisville. Look for lodging in these areas. If you are planning to join us for the after party, we would suggest getting as close to Pearl Street as possible.
