Sarah, a girl from Florida, was in Vegas for a work trip and managed to convince her friend Kelly to fly up from San Diego to join her for the weekend before "work" truly began. On their very first night out, who did they run into but Dan, a boy from Indiana, and his buddies, Kyle and Chad, who were there celebrating Adam's bachelor party! Fate had plans for Dan and Sarah. They met again the next day for lunch, and sparks flew instantly. That evening, they had dinner plans, but it was Sarah’s amazing event planning skills that really shone through. She convinced the Bellagio staff to arrange a last-minute table right in front of the iconic fountains. The real test came two weeks later when Dan flew to Jacksonville and spent the weekend meeting her friends! They flew back and forth, making long-distance work. It didn't take long for both of them to realize, "I've found my person and partner in life!" A year later, they made a big decision to get a dog. Meet Harley Girl, our crazy black lab who will give anyone a run for their money but who we couldn't love more. She's full of energy and curiosity, always taking us on new adventures or digging a hole in our backyard! Fast forward to September 6, 2023, when Dan got down on one knee at Clear Lake, his favorite place in the world and now one of Sarah's too. Dan proposed to Sarah on the same bench where his grandfather proposed to his grandmother, by the swing near the lake. Two worlds collided and a crazy night in Vegas became their forever love story.
