Where should I stay?

What time is check in?

Answer

Check in at the Holiday Valley Inn is 3 PM, while it is 4PM at The Tamarack Club. For all other rentals it varies and will be listed in the property details. Please note the ceremony will begin promptly at 6 PM with shuttle service beginning at the Holiday Valley Inn and The Tamarack Club at 5 PM.

How does the shuttle service work?

Answer

Beginning at 5 PM, a complimentary shuttle will begin picking up guests from the Holiday Valley Inn and The Tamarack Club, dropping off at the Yodeler Lodge in a constant loop until the beginning of the Ceremony at 6 PM. The shuttle will resume at 9:30 PM to drop guests off at the hotels and the Village of Ellicottville until 1:30 AM. You can take advantage of the shuttle even if you aren't staying at one of the hotels! Most of the Holiday Valley Condos are within walking distance of the hotel area.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

As much as we love the little ones, we hope you understand when we ask this to be a (mostly) adult night. Some exceptions will be made for close family and teenagers, but unless otherwise specified on your invitation, no.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. For the ladies (and maybe gentleman too-we don't judge) there are metal grated stairs to access the ceremony space, so be careful in high heels!

The wedding isn't until 6 PM - what do I do all day?

Answer

Add a round of golf to your hotel stay, relax by the pool, get lunch in Ellicottville, there's so many options! For some ideas, see the Things To Do tab.
