Shuttle
May 16, 2025 5:15 pm - 11:45 pm
Shuttle to Viansa leaves Sonoma Plaza at 5:15pm and will return throughout the night to the same location. Last shuttle will leave Viansa around 11:45pm. Please plan to be at Sonoma plaza by 5pm! The shuttle will pick up in the roundabout circle in the middle of the park, in front of Sonoma City Hall.
Flight
San Francisco (SFO) is the easiest option with the most flights, but Oakland (OAK), Sacramento (SMF), and San Jose (SJC) airports are all good options as well. Uber/Lyft from SFO or OAK to Sonoma averages ~$100 one way or book a rental car from the airport. Carpooling is encouraged!
Travel Note
We do not have a room block at a specific hotel but recommend you stay within walking distance of the Sonoma Plaza for easy access to the welcome party and transportation! Most of the lodging options around the Plaza are smaller boutique properties so we encourage you to book early if you can. Please note that Uber/Lyfts are limited in Sonoma in the evenings, so you will be responsible for your own transportation to wedding events if staying further from the Plaza. Some options within walking distance of the Plaza: Sonoma Valley Inn El Dorado Hotel Sonoma Hotel Sonoma Bungalows Bungalows 313 Cottage Inn & Spa Inn at Sonoma Seven Branches Inn El Pueblo Inn Ledson Hotel Other options (some further away, some more budget-friendly, & some of our favorites!): MacArthur Place The Lodge at Sonoma Resort Blackbird Inn Fairmont Sonoma Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley The City of Petaluma - very cute town ~20 minutes from Sonoma with many hotel options! & as always - AirBnB and VRBOs are abundant in and around Sonoma! A great option if you have a big group and want to stay together.

Travel Note
Bay to Breakers is on Sunday, May 18th and goes across San Francisco! If you aren't running, consider planning for more traffic in the morning on your way to SFO if you're going across the Golden Gate. Or, if you go down the East side of the bay through Berkeley, you can avoid it entirely.
