Now that Brandon has relocated to Maryland, we are able to continue to build on our Friendship.

Back in 2011 both Brandon and I found ourselves in a small town of Palm Coast, FL. We met playing a game of basketball in the park. Our competitive rivalry turned into a friendship that has lasted the test of time. Through the years we have had common fitness, financial, and personal goals and they usually align for us to help and encourage one another to meet and exceed these goals. Looking back, it is funny how a simple game of basketball has created a blossoming friendship that stands on trust, laughter and our passion for fitness.

We enjoyed hanging out, going to events and playing a game on the Xbox to keep the competitive spirit alive in the house. After college, he stayed in Florida and I moved back to DC but we stayed connected through the years, especially through the illustrious FAMU homecoming events.

Now I get to enjoy parenthood with Nel and B, plan playdates for the girls and for us of course, and we continue making memories together. I met Brandon in 2008 following a DC metro event at FAMU. Brandon recognized me and reintroduced himself and since then the two of us have established a brotherhood that spans multiple aspects of life. The most important is us both becoming girl dads in 2023. Since moving to the DMV, Brandon and I have cultivated this brotherhood and share drink ideas, sports talk, strategy and career advice.

I met Brandon back in 2004 during his brief stay at Virginia Union University. We met in our college dormitory. We became roommates in our first apartment and soon after we called it the "Clubhouse." Every day was a new adventure, but we focused on how we could better build and bond our friend group. Now that we again live in the same state, Brandon and I get together regularly and we enjoy having our daughters to grow up and play together.
