RESERVATIONS NEED TO BE MADE BY NOVEMBER 15th TO GET GROUP RATE!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1. Booking Online – Click/enter www.marriott.com/cvgnw to go to the website for the Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Midtown Rookwood. Enter the dates and the following code specific for your group DDWDDWA (King Room) or DDWDDWB (Two Queen beds) into the box labeled “Group Code” 2. Contact the hotel reservation line at 1-800-533-0619 and reference the group name “ Drake Doty Wedding.” The courtyard does charge a 8 dollar overnight parking fee. Just a head up sorry =( Other hotel information: - A valid credit card number will be taken at the time of booking to secure each reservation and required at check-in. - Individuals canceling reservations after 11:59 PM two days prior to arrival will result in the charge of first night’s room and tax. - Guest check in is 4:00 PM and guest check out is 11:00 AM. Requests for late checkouts should be directed to the Front Office the morning of departure.
