2011-2014
Mount Sacred Heart
Savannah and Drake first met in 6th grade at Mount Sacred Heart in San Antonio. Fun Fact: They sat at the same science class table and competed in an egg drop challenge as partners in the 8th grade. After spending several lunch periods and designing an egg suspension system, they were the only group to crack their egg- something that is still laughed about. This picture is from their 8th grade graduation before they both attended Antonian College Preparatory for high school.
2017
Junior Homecoming
Drake and Savannah spent the first two years of high school making new friends and getting involved at school. Drake played baseball and Savannah was a cheerleader, but most of all they remained best friends. During their junior year, Drake asked Savannah to homecoming for the first time as friends.

Junior Prom
Later that school year, Drake asked Savannah to prom with a new book that was on her reading list. Prom night was executed perfectly with pictures at the Pearl followed by dinner at Paesano's with friends. They even slow-danced to Neon Moon... as friends. When the dance was over, Drake drove Savannah to her friend's house to stay the night. However, her friend was just headed home, so they sat in the driveway talking about the night. When her friend arrived, they hugged goodnight and went their separate ways. Two minutes later, Savannah saw a text from Drake admitting that he liked her, except he never meant to send it to Savannah. After a night of shock, Drake and Savannah talked on the phone the next day, when she admitted that she liked him too. The rest was history and Savannah still has the book on her shelf!
2018
High School Graduation
After three years of middle school and four years of high school together, Drake and Savannah celebrated their high school graduation. It was an exciting time, but also full of anticipation as they would be attending different colleges, with Drake attending Trinity University to play baseball and Savannah attending Texas A&M to pursue her pre-PA coursework. They were ready for the journey ahead!
2022
College Graduation
After countless baseball games at Trinity, football games at A&M, and a three hour drive in between their cities, it was finally time for graduation. In May 2022, Drake graduated from Trinity University and Savannah graduated from Texas A&M University with their Bachelor's degrees. It was truly a time of celebration because after four years of college, they finally both lived in San Antonio again!
2023
Master's School
In January 2023, Savannah started PA school at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas. Shortly after, in May 2023, Drake graduated from Trinity University with his Master's Degree in Accounting. After six years together, they were hopeful and excited for how close they were to accomplishing their goals.

Our Engagement
Drake planned a surprise "anniversary dinner" for Savannah to celebrate seven years together. Everything was planned to perfection.. until Savannah had her car towed overnight. After the longest wait at the impound (during Fiesta season in SA), they were going to be squeezed for time. Drake helped Savannah get ready as fast as possible and drove her to In Contrada Vineyard. When Savannah was walking to the left for check in, Drake pulled her to the right down a path that led to an event space. Walking through the barn doors, Drake and Savannah reminisced while looking through the pictures of them over the years. After reaching the last wine barrel with red roses, Drake got on one knee and asked Savannah to marry him- after acknowledging that he would spend his life waiting in the impound lot with her and wherever else life takes them together. They celebrated with a private wine tasting followed by a dinner with their families. The evening was full of love, joy, and laughter, which is absolutely fitting for their relationship.
