As long as you are dressed, you meet code. Dress code is casual.

If your invitation included “and guest,” please feel free to bring a date.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have a room block at TownePlace Suites Midtown (check the Travel tab), but you are welcome to stay anywhere! There are lots of great airbnbs around town, too.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a gravel parking lot off of Meridian and plenty of street parking nearby (just check for permit parking signs).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We do not have transportation, but you may consider using the hotel’s Lyft credit to offset transport costs.

What should we know about COVID safety?

Answer

We are actively monitoring the community COVID levels in Nashville. We will make adjustments as needed and will have masks available. We ask that you stay up to date on vaccinations, wear a mask in your travels, and take a COVID test before coming. We appreciate your commitment to helping us make this a fun and safe event for everyone!
