When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Monday, May 5th, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive between 4pm-4:30pm to be seated.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Tuxes, gowns, suits, and cocktail dresses are preferred. The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors so please plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Our wedding will be an adults only event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the room blocks located on the travel page. Please note that room block rates are only held and valid with booking before May 20th, 2025.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available and complimentary at the Inn at Bay Harbor.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle available from the Marriott Courtyard and Hampton Inn and Suites to and from the wedding. Please see the travel page for specific details.
