By the time our wedding rolls around, we will have dated for about 7.5 years. We have been together for quite some time, but, as some of you may know, we have known each other much longer than that. In fact, we met one random weekend night roughly 13 years ago... It was fall 2012 - Emily was starting her freshman year at Towson University and Drake was rolling into his junior year there as well. They both found their way to the same over-crowded college apartment party one weekend, and as per both their typical fashion - they needed space from all the humans and found solace in the kitchen. Emily stumbled upon Drake, who sandwiched himself between the wall and the refrigerator (it was a tight, but secluded cave). They talked for hours, exchanged numbers, and randomly caught up over the years. During his time at college, Drake befriended people Emily happened to know from her hometown growing up, and they continued to bump into each other. Emily's affinity and crush for Drake remained over the years, and finally, in December 2017 Drake asked Em to hang out and they've been inseparable ever since.
