Via I-40, it is about a 28-minute drive. We think this drive is well worth the time if you have never been to Nashville, TN before and want to soak up all it has to offer before the big day. Be careful—traffic in and out of Nashville can be rough, so we recommend planning to leave for the venue at least an hour in advance, depending on where you are located.
Festive to semi-formal—we want those who are celebrating with us to feel comfortable and confident in what they are wearing. The weather in Nashville during October tends to be cool and mild, ranging from lows of around 50°F to highs near 70°F. However, that does not mean it won’t get colder. We would highly recommend dressing for warmer conditions and shedding layers as needed.
Our recommendation is to stay in Downtown Nashville or the surrounding neighborhoods. There are plenty of hotels and Airbnb options at a range of price points, depending on your budget. We are also working on securing hotel blocks, but they are not yet finalized. We will update the website as we receive more information.
Yes! Our wonderful venue will be catering our event. The current plan is for appetizers and dinner. If you think you will want something more during the evening, don't hesitate to eat before hand and enjoy the nights festivities!
Yes! Plenty of parking is available on-site. If you are flying in for the weekend, we highly recommend renting a car, depending on how far away you are staying. If you plan to stay near Downtown Nashville, be prepared for a $50–$100 Uber or Lyft ride to and from the wedding venue.
