When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 1st.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to ensure you can find parking and your seat. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance to the ceremony will be granted.

Is there a dress code?

Black Tie Optional is requested.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion with an exception to those in the wedding party.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at both the ceremony and reception spaces. However, it is fairly limited, so if you are able to carpool with a friend, please do!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation provided to and from the hotels to the ceremony or reception. The hotel blocks are located next to The Tea Room.

How do I get up to The Tea Room?

Answer

The Tea Room is located on the sixth floor of the Wilkins Building at 713 Walnut Street. For entrance to The Tea Room, enter the building at the northwest corner on the east side of 8th Street, halfway between Walnut and Locust. Take the elevator up to the sixth floor. If the doors are not unlocked, please call The Tea Room on the buzzer box to the left of the doors.
