Things To Do
East Main Street
There are a few cute shops (coffee, ice cream, art, etc.) to explore! There is also a bell tower and cute stone water fountain. On October 18th, they will be having the annual Pumpkin Fest. There will be a pumpkin roll, costume contest, vendors, and trick or treating.
Highlands
Highlands has some higher end shops and restaurants to explore in the daytime. On October 31st, they have a trick or treat event on main street for children. Here is their website: https://www.highlandschamber.org/event/halloween-on-main/1254/
Dry Falls
Huge BEAUTIFUL waterfall that you can walk under!
Cliffside Lake Recreation Area
Great for walks, picnics, and fishing! This is also where Drake asked Kennedy to officially be his girlfriend.
Whiteside Mtn Trail
Drake was going to ask Kennedy to be his girlfriend on this hike but the rain delayed the question by a couple hours. He eventually asked her at cliffside lake later that day.
828 cafe
This was the first part of our first date! Good food.
