When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible! All RSVP's must be in by May 1st, 2025

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:15-4:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Garden & Semi-Formal Attire. Women can wear cocktail dresses or floor-length dresses. It will be hot so think light colors and materials. The ground is uneven in some spaces and the ceremony will be on sand. Please plan footwear accordingly. We do not recommend stiletto heals. Men can be in light suits or short-sleeve button-ups. Ties and jackets are not required, please, just no sandals for men.

While we love your kids, children are not invited to our wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We are working with our caterer to make sure everyone has something they can eat. When you RSVP, you will be able to let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of on-site parking. Just know that Ubers and Lyfts are not widely available in this area. Please make sure you have a safe way home from the celebration.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we have set up two busses that will run from the Hampton Inn to the venue and back. The first bus leaves at 4:00pm and will arrive at the venue at 4:15pm. The second bus leaves the hotel at 4:30pm and arrives at the venue at 4:45pm. After the party the first bus will leave the venue at 11:00pm and the second bus will leave the venue at 11:30pm.
