We're getting married!

Jamie and Joseph met the old fashioned way- online! Jamie made the first move on Bumble and Joseph agreed to a first date shortly after they started talking. Their first date was appetizers and drinks at Sunol Ridge (which is sadly gone), a nice stroll in downtown Walnut Creek, then ice cream at San Francisco Creamery. Not long after, Jamie’s cats approved of the relationship and they’ve been together ever since.

Jamie and Joe went on vacation to the Big Island of Hawaii in August of 2023. Little did Jamie know that Joe was carrying around a sparkly present for the entire trip, hidden inside his earbud case. On the morning of the 27th, after a beautiful morning walk on Hapuna Beach, Joe handed her his earbud case and asked her to open it. She was very confused, but opened it and was shocked to find the ring inside. She immediately put the ring on and they enjoyed the rest of the vacation as an engaged couple!
