FAQs

Providing some clarity on important details.

Attendance

When Do I Need to RSVP?

Please let us know whether you'll be joining us for the weekend's festivities by Dec. 6. Should your plans change after you RSVP, kindly keep us posted.

Attire

What Should I Wear?

For our wedding day, the attire is black tie optional. Tuxedos are encouraged and suits are more than welcome! Whichever you decide, please just make sure that it is black. Floor-length gowns, jumpsuits and formal evening dresses are perfect. Darker colors are preferred for gowns and dresses but not essential. Just stay away from white, of course :) The dress code for the night before is cocktail attire. Jumpsuits, cocktail dresses or some statement piece you've been saving will all play here. Suit jackets are welcome but not needed; a button down and slacks are plenty dapper!

Winter

It's January in New York! Should I Bring My Coat?

Yes! Both the wedding and rehearsal dinner venues will have coat checks. Bundle up for winter in New York (Danielle and Josh's favorite season of the year, this was all very intentional!), and while you're at it, pray for a little snow on wedding day for us.

Food

Where Do I Select My Meal?

The short answer is you don't! You will select everything that you want to eat on the night of the wedding.

Allergies

What Do I Do About Dietary Restrictions?

Please note any allergies in your RSVP. Our venue is very attentive to and careful about any dietary restrictions and will have alternatives available.

Phones

Can I Take Pictures During the Ceremony?

We can't wait to document the weekend — so much so that we've hired a photographer and a videographer to capture all of those special moments. As such, we kindly ask that you refrain from using your phones, especially during the ceremony (and we'd love that to extend to the reception too!). One of our biggest priorities of the weekend is making sure that everyone is present throughout the celebration with us.

Guests

Can I Bring a Plus One?

We are doing our best to accommodate as many additional pals as possible — the people make the party! — but unfortunately, we can only fit so many people into the venue with us. When you RSVP, if you have been given a plus one, you'll see an option to bring a guest.

Kids

What About Children?

While we love getting to meet and spend time with your families, this will be an adults only event.
