Hotel
We have reserved a block of rooms at Sonesta White Plains from Wednesday, May 13 - Thursday, May 14 + a limited number of rooms on Friday, May 15. You do not have to stay for this full range of days for the room block to apply. Reservations are to be made by using the Passkey link https://book.passkey.com/go/c28df773FortierPullenRooms or calling 1-800-Sonesta (766-3782) and referring to the “Fortier/Pullen wedding rooms” before the cutoff date of Monday, April 13, 2026. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out time is before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. The hotel’s staff will arrange to store baggage for guests arriving before check-in time or departing after check-out time. The special parking rate offer for our guests is $12.00 per day/overnight. If you would prefer to stay at a different hotel in the area, you are more than welcome to do so! There are plenty of options nearby. If you attempt to book and are told there is no availability for your date / room type, please let Ali or Don know and we will coordinate with the hotel to increase our block.
Hotel
We do not have a block here, but if you are looking to be closer to the venue (especially for those who might be driving to/from the venue or want more control of their schedule), this hotel is a great option.
Shuttle

We plan to have a shuttle running between Sonesta and Whitby Castle. You do not have to be a guest at Sonesta to use the shuttle. Parking is available at Whitby if you prefer to find your own transportation. Details to come!
Train
From NYC: Take the Metro-North New Haven line. Buy tickets and check train times on the “MTA TrainTime” app. NYC stations: Grand Central or Harlem 125th St Closest station to venue: Harrison or Rye From Boston / Providence: Amtrak to Stamford or New Rochelle. Car, bus, or train from there dependent on destination (ex: to venue you could take the Metro-North to Harrison or Rye and then Uber/Lyft from there). Buy tickets and check train times on the Amtrak app and the “MTA TrainTime” app. Directions may change based on which hotel you are staying at. Always double check with Google Maps, or reach out if you need guidance!
Flight
The nearest airports are: Westchester County Airport (HPN) - This is the closest to the venue / hotel, but it is a smaller, local airport. Some hotels (including Sonesta) offer a complimentary shuttle to/from this airport. Otherwise, Uber/Lyft should be speedy. Newark Liberty Intl. Airport (EWR) - Uber/Lyft or use public transportation: AirTrain + rail to New York Penn Station (buy your train ticket on the NJ Transit App between Newark Liberty Airport and NY Penn. This ticket will give you a complimentary AirTrain ride). John F. Kennedy Intl. Airport (JFK) - Uber/Lyft or Subway (use Google Maps to identify the best route). LaGuardia Airport (LGA) - This airport is close to the city and a fairly quick car ride, which is what we’d recommend.
