Shuttle to / from Whitby Castle

Complimentary water and lemonade will be available at Whitby for early arrivals. Please check this page on the day of the event for the most up to date information. For non-hotel guests: You may arrive at Whitby anytime after 4:30pm. Parking is available at Whitby. Please reserve hotel shuttle usage for hotel guests. From Sonesta to Whitby: Boarding 4:15pm, departing 4:25pm To find the shuttle boarding zone: Choose LL – lower level – in the elevator. Upon exiting, head towards the hotel lower level exit. Please ask the front desk if you have questions. From Courtyard to Whitby: Boarding 4:25pm, departing 4:35pm From Whitby to hotels: Boarding 10:30pm, departing 10:45pm There will be one shuttle going direct to Sonesta and a second shuttle making stops at both hotels. Please ensure you are on the correct shuttle prior to boarding, and fill the Sonesta-only shuttle to capacity so that the majority of people can enjoy the express trip to Sonesta :) There is also an early departure shuttle for guests who do not want to stay the full event duration: Boarding 9:00pm, departing 9:10pm (please notify the bus driver which hotel you need to be dropped off at, as they will be making stops at both if necessary).

Sonesta White Plains Downtown

This is where Ali & Don will be staying. This hotel is great for those who won't have a car and want to be walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc. To book with our room block, use the Passkey link https://book.passkey.com/go/c28df773FortierPullenRooms or call 1-800-Sonesta (766-3782) and refer to the “Fortier/Pullen wedding rooms” before the cutoff date of Monday, April 13, 2026. If no rooms are available, please let us know and we will work to add more. Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out 11:00 AM Parking $12.00 per day/overnight.

Train

Travel by train:

Directions may change based on which hotel you are staying at. Always double check with Google Maps, or reach out if you need guidance! From NYC: Buy Metro-North tickets and check train times on the “MTA TrainTime” app. NYC stations: Grand Central or Harlem 125th St Closest station to venue: Harrison or Rye From Boston / Providence: Amtrak to Stamford or New Rochelle. Car, bus, or train from there dependent on destination (ex: to venue you could take the Metro-North to Harrison or Rye and then Uber/Lyft from there). Buy tickets and check train times on the Amtrak app and the “MTA TrainTime” app.

Flight

Travel by plane:

The nearest airports are: Westchester County Airport (HPN) - This is the closest to the venue / hotel, but it is a smaller, local airport. Some hotels (including Sonesta) offer a complimentary shuttle to/from this airport. Otherwise, Uber/Lyft should be speedy. LaGuardia Airport (LGA) - This airport is the closest of the major airports. Newark Liberty Intl. Airport (EWR) - If flying in here, you can save some money by using the AirTrain + rail to get into Manhattan, then Uber/Lyft or Metro North to your final destination. - For AirTrain + rail: Buy your train ticket on the NJ Transit App between Newark Liberty Airport and NY Penn. This ticket will give you a complimentary AirTrain ride. John F. Kennedy Intl. Airport (JFK) - Uber/Lyft or Subway (use Google Maps to identify the best route). You may also want to consider renting a car and carpooling with other out-of-town guests.
