Will there be a formal invitation following the save the date?

Answer

We will send a reminder in a couple months to anyone who hasn't RSVP'd yet, but it will most likely be done electronically to reduce waste. Since all the information is already available on our website, you can consider the save the date as your official invite.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There isn't a strict dress code, but we recommend semi-formal or cocktail attire. The only rule is NO PINK, as that color is reserved for the bride.

How do I book my hotel room and/or modify my reservation?

Answer

You can book your room by going to the "hotel and travel" tab and clicking the link under the Quirk Hotel section. This will take you to a unique booking link with the discount code already applied. If you need to modify your reservation (extending your stay, changing your room, etc.), please reach out to Nicole, Quirk's Sales Coordinator: 804-340-6042

Is there parking at the hotel?

Answer

Yes, Quirk offers valet parking at $30 a night with unlimited in and out privileges. Simply drive up to the side of the hotel on North Jefferson Street for valet. If you prefer, there is also a lot of street parking in the area at a lower cost (sometimes free if you're lucky).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This event will be adults-only to allow guests to enjoy the evening. If you're coming from out of town, you're welcome to have younger children stay at the hotel with you. We'd be happy to arrange something if you need childcare the day of the wedding, just let us know.

How about pets?

Answer

Quirk is actually a dog-friendly hotel, so your furry friend is welcome to stay with you in your room for a one time fee of $75.

Can I bring a date?

Yes, as long as you let us know in advance BEFORE you RSVP.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you're coming by September 5 and include everyone in your party when you RSVP online.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes, we'll be adding to the registry tab on our website periodically, so check back for updates.

Do I have to stay at the hotel both nights?

Answer

If you're not local, we would recommend booking a two-night stay (Fri-Sun) so you can be a part of all the activities.
