What will the weather be like?

Answer

We cannot predict the weather, but generally South Carolina is beautiful at this time of year! Warm days, slightly cooler evenings... yes, probably still humid. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and reception indoors.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please visit the travel page of our website - there are many hotels, condos, and houses a short drive from the venue.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes - plenty of (free) parking! You are allowed to leave your car overnight if needed

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We have opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration with us. We hope you understand our decision and are able to arrange childcare for the evening.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we would love for our wedding to be an open-invite celebration, we do have a predetermined guest count for food, beverage and seating purposes. All invitations will include the name(s) of the attendees or you may see your name + guest.

Please see the RSVP section of our wedding website. If you are unable to RSVP on the website, please contact Shannon or Jacob directly for assistance. RSVP BY AUGUST 1, 2025

What should I wear?

Answer

We want you to look and feel your best alongside us on our special day! Cocktail attire is encouraged.

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

We have arranged for a shuttle bus to make trips from the Hampton Inn to the venue and back. You do not have to be staying at the hotel to utilize the shuttle.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

That answer is different for everyone! However, we do not want our ceremony to be disrupted by late guests, so if you are not in your seat prior to the start of the ceremony (4:30) you will not be able to be seated.
