From the US, it is best to fly into Rome and then take drive or take the bus to Pescara and then take the bus/train or drive over to Francavilla. However, if you choose to travel around Italy or another country closer by, it may be easier to fly or take a train to Pescara. If you are unsure of the best route to get there from your location, we can assist! Whatever you choose will certainly work but we recommend renting a car to travel a little easier.
An Italian wedding is a little different than a traditional American wedding in one big way...the food! The meal will be several hours long with a lot of different food. During that time you will not always be sitting and will have the chance to walk around, chat with others, and dance. (It is also a great time to get some amazing insta pics!) It is truly an experience so make sure to come hungry! We also highly recommend that you do not drink too much wine before or during, to really experience how incredible the cuisine is. ;)
August is a very hot month in Italy. Make sure you pack light and breathable clothing and keep in mind that part of our wedding will also be outside, so try not to wear anything too heavy.
It is a good idea to track flights to see when the best time to buy is. However, with the wedding fast approaching it is best to book as soon as possible.
