Why Cabo?

Answer

Cabo is truly our happy place. We fell in love with the sunshine, the views, the incredible food, and the warmth of the hospitality. There’s something so special about the ocean and the sound of the Pacific waves. It’s a place that feels like it has something for everyone, whether you want to relax, explore, or celebrate. And of course, we’ll never say no to a mango margarita. It felt like the perfect place to bring together all of our favorite people.

Where is the Wedding taking place?

All wedding events will take place at Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Cabo Del Sol in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. **Please note that there are two Four Seasons resorts in Los Cabos. Our wedding is at Cabo Del Sol, not the Four Seasons at Costa Palmas, which is about two hours away.

Answer

Cabo is made up of two main areas: San José del Cabo, known for its charm, art scene, and relaxed atmosphere, and Cabo San Lucas, known for its vibrant marina, beaches, and nightlife. If you have time its fun to explore both. Our venue, Four Seasons Cabo del Sol, is located along the scenic corridor and is just minutes from Cabo San Lucas.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is the main airport. The airport is about 35–40 minutes from Cabo Del Sol.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have secured a room block at the Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Cabo Del Sol, where all wedding events will take place. There are other great options within the same Cabo Del Sol gated community. Cabo has no shortage of absolutely incredible hotels with something for everyone, happy to give other recommendations especially if you are extending your trip and wanting to try another hotel!

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes. All guests traveling to Mexico will need a valid passport. We recommend checking that your passport does not expire within 6 months of your travel dates.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Cabo typically has warm, sunny weather year-round. While we don't discriminate we LOVE Cabo in the fall. In late October, you can expect temperatures around 80–88°F during the day and 70–75°F in the evenings.

Are there safety concerns in Mexico right now?

Answer

We completely understand that travel safety is top of mind, especially when planning a trip for something as special as this. While there have been recent reports of security activity in parts of Mexico, those events are taking place in a different region and are not impacting Los Cabos or the state of Baja California Sur. Cabo continues to operate as usual, with the airport, transportation, hotels, and resorts all running smoothly and welcoming guests. We’ll continue to keep a close eye on things, and as always, we encourage you to check official travel guidance for the most up-to-date information. Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Depends on if you ask Jack or Alexa.. Kidding!! The Four Seasons is INCREDIBLY kid friendly with amazing childcare options on site. We have a few family kids attending some of the earlier wedding events but otherwise we ask no kids to the evening events. Please feel more than welcome to bring them for the weekend and we can help connect you to the childcare options!
